The news is all over the tv, radio, internet and Yahoo Answers, so yes I do believe the sad news that Anna Nicole Smith has passed away.

Sure I can believe it. She marries a much much older guy then goes ballistic when she doesn't get everything in the will. Her son dies of an o.d. just three days after her daughter is born and then she has some wacky "couple ceremony" w/ her lawyer right after his funeral. THEN 2 guys are saying they're the girl's father and as an encore she is accused of illegally living in a house in the Carribean. The only one I feel sorry for is her daughter.

(CNN) -- Reality TV star and former model Anna Nicole Smith was pronounced dead Thursday after being taken to a Florida hospital after being found unconscious in her hotel room, a law enforcement source with knowledge of the case told CNN.
Smith, 39, collapsed at a south Florida hotel and was taken to a local hospital, according to news reports.
TMZ.com had reported that Smith collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood just after 2 p.m. ET.
According to reports, Smith was found unresponsive in her hotel room.
Smith was involved in a paternity suit regarding the parentage of her daughter, Danielynn, as well as other disputes, including some regarding a house she stayed at in the Bahamas around the time she gave birth.
Earlier this week, Smith was included in a class-action lawsuit against a company, TrimSpa, for which she had worked as a spokesperson. TrimSpa makes a product it claims leads to substantial weight loss. The lawsuit alleges the marketing of the product, TrimSpa X32, was false or misleading.
Smith's son, Daniel Wayne Smith, died at age 20 just days after the birth of Smith's daughter. Pathologist Cyril Wecht said a lethal dose of methadone and antidepressants caused cardiac dysrhythmia, leading to his death.

Really, she needed to slow down at some point. She kept pushing herself through different drugs, different lifestyles, and practically rushed through the mourning process it seems like. A new mother who's just lost her son shouldn't really be staying at the Hard Rock Casino - she should be home, keeping her stress down, and just taking things easy. I feel sad for her and her baby, regardless of whether she did choose this path for herself.

Wow! I'm floored by this news. What a sad life she led. Unattached from her family, her son passes away, and now she leaves behind a beautiful baby girl who's father is unknown at this point, so where will that baby end up? Unbelievable.

I came home from work and it was on the news.
I was in shock.
I did see her on Larry King and she looked out of it.
I have compassion for her and thought she was beautiful.
An unfinished life, isn't that what they say?
I felt like I had to call and tell someone.
I feel sorry for her sweet baby girl.

My goodness people, the woman is dead and y'all still hating on her! Well if you guys feel strongly that she "had it comming" or she "deserved it" then I tip my hat to Anna for the mere fact that she must of been doing something right for y'all to be hating on her! So in your face!!!

I am shocked! My first opinion is that she did a "celebrity diet" taking relacore and zantrex. I think we should pray for her and her daughter....Life and death do happen, but we should all respect each other and give sympathies to the family.....

everyone dies. what i cannot believe is the number of responses to all three of you guys posting about her. much sadder that several young people were killed by freekoids this week. you haven't seen fit to comment about them.
