How do I slow down the idle speed of my E-34 BMW 535i Automatic 4 speed?The car creeps at a stoplight.?

on that car the idle should be at about 700-800rpms while in drive, and about 1000rpms while in park or neutral.

if you take it to the mechanic, they can adjust the throttle to the correct idle speed.

It should creep at a stoplight. Keep your foot on the brake.
