Ok, everything coming down about baby and stress of son dying. Anna Nicole fake death to run away with lawyer hubby? whats your opinion. Please, only people with real answers, if it doesn't matter or your answer is who cares, then what are you writting to this for?

Alright, I like a good crime novel, CSI...so here goes:
The LAWYER DID IT!
1. He is a lawyer and therefore has knowledge of inheritance laws.
2. If Daniel had outlived Anna, he would have stood to inherit her estate. Being that Daniel has no biological relation to Howard K. Stern, Stern would have gained nothing.
3. Eliminate the son, but not before impregnating a woman with your child. Son is gone and upon Anna's death the infant becomes sole inheritor.
4. Because she is an infant, the biological father would stand to be the trustee of all inheritance until the child is of age.
Also, Stern was there when Daniel died and while he was with Anna in Florida, he was mysteriously absent from the hotel at the time of her death.
This isn't meant to be some sort of conspiracy theory.

Well, my opinion is the world has lost a truly great Hollywood conversation piece. I do not think at all that her death is fake at all. With the age of press, it would be harder and harder to fake your death, especially a celebrity death like this. Whether her death is linked to Trimspa or not, I do not know, but I will tell you this, if you are a stockholder in Trimspa's parent company, sell, sell, and sell more. Sell til it is all gone because no matter what the truth really is, the public is going to link Trimspa to the death of Anna Nicole and the Trimspa era is official dead today. The whole diet pill era is dying, and took a big hit today. In a twisted way, all these exercise videos are going to get a boost because people are going to be scared of Trimspa and its evil sisters. Anna was a beautiful woman and I for one will truly miss her.

I don't think it's fake, Anna Nicole loved publicity way too much. Maybe they pissed off the mafia or something. I feel sorry for her... Poor woman had a hard, messed up life, then lost her oldest son right after giving birth to a baby. And then her mother accused her of killing him. I wouldn't be surprised if it was like an accidental antidepressant overdose. I'd guess it was accidental, because I doubt she'd kill herself when she had a new baby. But who knows, maybe it was suicide.
It's weird, I wasn't a "fan" because she didn't really do anything other than Playboy, but it's still very sad. Almost as bad as Steve Irwin.

I wouldn't be surprised to learn that she committed suicide. She has been dealing with one upsetting situation after another. Seems like it all came to a head with first her son dying then the paternity suit the TrimSpa suit, the evictions in Bahamas and related suits on top of the years-on-end lawsuit about her inheritance. Maybe she just couldn't take any more. No matter what people thought of her, she was a human being and people should have a little respect for the dead, not to mention her poor little baby.

I am deeply saddened by her death.

I think that it was a combination of many things, such as stress, diet pills, antidepressents. And she had the flu and a fever, so she was probably taking extra medication for that.
It's so shocking!
I do believe that one of the boyfriends has something to do with it. It's like Hamlet. In Hamlet, Claudius kills his brother to become king, and he then goes after his son. In this case, they killed the son before hand.
I don't know. And I don't think it really matters. I just hope she's in a better place an reunited with her son.

It almost seems like the combination of everything that has gone wrong in her life (which is quite a bit for one person) might have just exhausted her. Maybe with the whole TrimSpa lawsuit it was all too much to bear for her on top of just loosing her son & gaining a daughter. Or perhaps… she was going through postpartum depression and just decided to end her life.

I honestly hate to say this, but with everything that has been going on lately in her life (TrimSpa lawsuit, the paternity test, her son's death), I can't help but wonder if her "death" has been staged. This would be the easiest way for her to avoid all of the publicity . . . although, the paternity situation will continue without her.

I think that the attention is rightfully hers. Despite all of the bad media and court affairs she has been through, she is considered, at least in my eyes a rather remarkable person. She like most women has had her hardships, she loved her children and family more than life its self. She idolized a remarkable person, and even though she made a lot of mistakes, like most people do, she always managed to pick herself up. Regardless of all the "affairs" she was associated with she stuck with her work, and she worked hard to keep it stuck to her. Although I do not think people should be coming out on TV and trying to claim rights to her youngest baby. I hope everything gets cleared up for her soon. And she can rest in peace.

I think she died of either a drug overdose (accident) or she killed herself. She wanted to be Marilyn Monroe so bad. Why not die like she did. I dont think she faked her death to run away with her hubby. Besides now that she is gone she can be with her husband and her son.

She died, probably of some "combination" of medication like her son. She had a nurse, who did not do a very good job of looking out for her.....who will now have a hard time finding a job.
