I am too scared to ask her because I don't think I am all that attractive. Am I being played?

This is a tough one. I'll give it a shot though. First off, tenant chicks really, really like 80's shirts. I would suggest you try to find some of those belly shirts for guys... preferably pink or purple. If you could find one with both colors on it, that would be great. Second, youre gonna need a pair of short shorts, either some vintage 70's ones, or some of those little ones the ladies are wearing nowadays. You know, the ones that say stuff on the rear end, like "cutie" or "beach bum"... the cuter the better. Knee high socks would help accent these. Next, youre gonna need a headband. I would suggest some sort of a neon color. Let's see... you seem like a reasonable guy, so you probably have a mustache, but, if not, get one... a big one. I think that's pretty much it for appearance. As far as posture goes, just make sure you gingerly rub your exposed stomach a lot. Believe me, if you do all this, you won't even need to ask her out because she'll immediately throw herself at you the next time you see her. Hope this helps.

I hate to say it, but you really shouldn't be going there. This is a major ethical issue, like an employer hitting on an employee. Not only could it make her uncomfortable, but it could make you look sleezy. What happened if that happened? She'd have to move out.

If I were you, I would be more concerned about collecting the rent on time, and get your mind off her. If she's not paying, imagine what kind of person she probably is on an ethical standpoint. She's just taking advantage of you.

I find it a little disturbing that you ask this question when one of your last questions specifically said that you only rent to young girls (under the pretense that they are cleaner???). You are starting to appear more and more like a stalker in a position of authority. Do you know that if you are in a perceived position of authority it can change the laws regarding statuatory rape??

I cannot answer (and morally object) your posted question on the grounds that I believe you are setting up a scenario whereby you are rationalizing (to yourself, through Yahoo Answers) an actual rape.

Honestly, most try to get away with what they can especially if they know someone is into them. But that could be a sticky situatoin cause if it dont work out and you start getting strict like many u could end up in court ....just something to keep in the back of your head. But i cant say for sure if your getting used cause im not in the situation but i think 70% you are.

It's not a good idea. It's best to keep business business.

But, if you decide to ask her out, then make sure you're not around too much or she will feel harassed if she's not interested.

My advice is to keep your distance and let her live her own life.

BE CAREFUL. If she accuses you of sexual harrassment she will
wind up owning the house.

Stay away from women you do business with. Especially those that
a court could percieve you to be in a "position of power." over.

I believe that you should collect your rent and pass on this money grubbing person. Woman and men alike can be very devious and her not having to pay her rent well........ Get her to pay up before it is too late.

Beware, she may be using you just for the house rent! There are many people out here that do just that!

Ask her to go for dinner with you to talk about her late rent and how you can fix the situation.

Be really nice and she won't be able to say no.

(then trade sex for rent jk)
