The first of the tips to come is not doing anything that worsens the situation. As we some adults do, we like to prick the acne on our face. This is a practice that should not be done to baby. Their skin is delicate and might hurt the baby.

Secondly, do not put any oil or lotion on the infantile acne on the baby. Some parents might be too worried until making the wrong choice

infantile acne is common unless it is eczema leave it alone but definitely talk to your pediatrician.. baby's skin is sensitive just clean it with baby soap and water and do not pop anything.

Just clean their face once a day with a water-wet washcloth. It's caused by leftover hormones from the mom and will clear up on its own soon.

No, like Heather said, it is from the mom's hormones and will clear up on its own. Do not fuss with it or you could cause scarring. My little guy had it, but it only lasted a few weeks.
