I agree that most look fake, like they do not belong. But imagine how they feel. I have been doing mammography for over 15 years, and I very few implants have felt natural. Many times they feel like rocks covered by some skin. And as the implants get older, the worse they feel. An interesting side note....I usually ask both women with implants and women with reductions if they are happy they had the procedures. Almost 100% of reduction patients say they would do it again. Few implant patients will say the same.

Breast implants? Yeah, definitely fake and cosmetic certainly. Any woman who feels the need to get them has some serious psychological problems. There are two sides to every coin. Any man who feels women should get breast implants also has some pathological issues that medication will fail to help with.

Ok let me tell you I can not stand implants. To me the look gross and un natural. Being 23 i have been to the strip club several times and it freaks me out when a skinny woman has these big nasty fake boobs in your face. Natural is the way to go!

yes, and what is your point? our society has become more fake than ever before, from the fake breasteses to the new bmw you have leased, its all about living above your means by faking it. fake boobs, fake car, fake relationships... its the new american way, look good, feel like crap and drink and use more prozak, god help us all

I think they do when they get to big. Small implants to give you lift look fine.
