I think maybe now there will have to be a paternity test because that baby deserves to be with whoever is her only flesh and blood now.

Good grief. She's only been dead a few hours. There will be a lot of legalities to go thru. After the DNA test thats scheduled, baby Dani will go to the biological father.

No doubt, unless anyone in the "family" has a spotless criminal history, the baby will go to an emergency child protective services shelter until things can be handled in court legally.
