I have to change this sentence from Passive to active.

"Nancy was invited to a party this Saturday night at 8:00."

There are many ways to make a sentance active. One good way is to show what the subject (Nancy) did. What did Nancy do? She RECEIVED an invitation. Try:
"Nancy received an invitation to a party schedued for this Saturday night at 8:00."
(I added "scheduled for" to keep it clear that that is the time of the party, not the time she received the invitation).

Since active voice shows the subject doing the action, I would think the best sentence for active expression would be..."Nancy recieved an invitation to a party this Saturday night at 8:00.
