We can't light them in Ohio so I am trying to find some place I can travel to so I can light them.

Sparklers, trick noisemakers & novelties are exempt under Ohio law (legal)

Fireworks are legal in Indiana...

In Texas, it is generally illegal to sell and set off fireworks inside the city limits (depending on the city), but most counties don't regulate it, so stands are setup outside the city limits. Of course people buy them, set them off in town and start fires in wood shingle roofs. This last year, because of a drought, many counties banned fireworks firing as a fire hazard.

I live in Michigan and you are allowed here. Just go up past Toledo and go to a Metro Park. I have not ever done fireworks at a Metro park but I have at my own house! Just call the DNR and ask them!

Patterson, CA but i don't think you want to go that far just for fireworks . That's the only place I am sure of .

Sorry I don't know..they are not legal anywhere here..southern california.
