You might not need it, depending on the amount of assets left behind. However, if I were doing it, I would type in something like "probate law in (state)" or "how to probate a will in (state)". You could also call the area bar association and see if they have any brochures on the subject.

It's lawyer time. If there are more than minimal assets and/or claims and minor children then a trust has to be established for them. Since the court will require a lawyer for that you might as well call one now & get the real information. The "do it yourself" advice people give on this forum is generally worthless.
