The way I inerpret it is, you focus on the positive in your life and from that you create more positivety. If you exude a positive energy about yourself then you'll absorb the same type energy in return which makes you even more positive. It sounds too easy and like a "load of crap" but if you try it, it can work for you. I never heard it referred to as "the secret" until today, but it's just a manner of living your life for the better, thinking thoughts that create success.
In short, "You reap what you sow".

I've heard about that many times. In my opinion, it's a type of positive living idea that's been done many times.
"Think and Grow Rich"
"Richest Man in Babylon"
anything by Tony Robbins
and The Bible.
If it's on Oprah, it's just another over-hyped marketing gimmick. Seriously-- if you read the Bible, it's the same thing: we are what we think we are. What's the big "secret" or earth shattering concept?

It is the chance to have complete happiness and everything you EVER wanted it life. It deals with the law of attraction (essentially that we are magnets with the universe). All of the negative comments above are doing just that, attracting more negativity to themselves. It is proven by quatum physics and it makes total sense.
