In 2006, I renewed my cell phone through an agent of Verizon’s named: WireFly
After having faithfully paid the entire amounts due each month for 6+ months, I copied and sent ALL information required to receive my $150 Customer Loyalty Rebate, including a copy of my wireless bill dated between 150 and 210 days after my activation date of 01/12/2006, which was no earlier than 06/11/2006 (150-days) and no later than 07/30/2006 (210-days); and then later revised by their on-screen WEB-site
( www.cellphonerebates.com ) which revised the original contract to read: “to be postmarked NOT earlier than 180-days” and in my case NOT earlier than 07/11/2006. Having done all this, I am still waiting as of Thursday, February 08, 2007 in what appears to be an intentional FRAUD perpetrated by Verizon and agent/s with regards to the payment of such rebates. Does anyone know of any CLASS Action against Verizon and its agent/s with regards to this matter of so-called: Customer Loyalty Rebate?
