I bought this generic mouse for $10 at BigLots. It is wireless optical, I didn't keep instructions on how to get the usb to pick up the mouse so I can use it since I moved. I know there is a button on the USB that you push to let it find the mouse, but am lost from there

Usually there is another corresponding button under the mouse; now:

Push the button on the USB receiver first
In very short moment, hurry over and push the corresponding mouse button.

you are able to rather come across an outstanding one for under £25, in case you variety instantaneous mouse right into a seek engine it is going to elevate lots of website's & you are able to examine the particularly some fees for the numerous kind's available. From adventure i might advise you get one with that has a change to coach it off whilst no longer in use as this save's utilising up the batteries so rapidly.

Well, you plug in the usb into the usb plug-in on your computer(front if new, back if older), then your mouse should automatically begin picking up. sometimes, if your computer is running while you do it, you should restart it, and it might start picking up from then. try not to keep your cpu too far, and if that doesnt work, maybe try switching a mouse!

Most companies that put out devices like that have web sites. Find the company web site and do a search; the answer will be there.
