Oh-uh. I would say that is the number one thing you don't want to see on your xbox. In simple terms, your xbox is dead. An important peice of the xbox is not functioning, and it will not boot up.
You can call the company, but your best bet it to places it. I hope your warrenty is still good.

All I know is myn does that all the time and it never has totally broke. I have one of the first ones and that occurs when.
1) your intercooler is not working properly and your X-Box 360 is to hot.
2) when you did something like move it while it's on and it chopped up your game.
3) when It's being a bi*ch and just not starting.
4) your power cord isn't connected properly.

call 1-800-4my-xbox if it's seriously broken they make you pay a lot but not as much as it costs.

The warrenty does sh*t. It only covers a bunch of bull-sh*t and you had to obey all the rules and read the instustions and blah blah blah.

All I can say is don't buy the faceplates because one of those screwed up my main power button. And they wanted $150 to fix that button so I said f**k you and I use the media remote to turn it on and off.
