Supposed to be visiting mum and family in Warrington, U.K. and don't know whether to travel or not. I am in the midlands so what do you lot think?

I heard it was going to be raining cats and dogs.... real cats and dogs. You cant possibly travel in those conditions. I think you shoud stay at home and not risk it. x
