If you have a computer available-- how to use a mouse... it's part, function, what it does. There's a lot to it. I am a computer training and see people try to use it ON THE SCREEN or point it at the screen like it's a remote control... very strange. It takes a lot of fine motor control to use a mouse. Other ideas: how to use a combination lock, how to use the dictionary (another skill people have trouble with), a few good stretches for people who sit at computers regularly (neck, back, hands), how to tie a tie, how to tie a knot.... Do you need to demonstrate it or be observed doing it? Are you "teaching" it to the class, or are you being evaluated on your speaking skills? Good luck!
