Yes she died. There have been no definite answers as to why she died, just a lot of speculation and assumptions. There will be an autopsy for her tomorrow morning but even then, we may not know how she died for a while...they did say that she had a private nurse there with her ... and that was a bit odd. My assumption is that she was drunk or was on some kind of anti depressant drugs and she overdosed somehow on other drugs...

No it has not been confirmed so no it is not a accidental overdose that person who said that doesnt know
It just happened. It may be at least a week before they know
All they know is she colasped in her hotel room and could not be revived

None of the news reports say what happened, just that she collapsed and was rushed to the hospital and died.
