Smith, 39, collapsed and was unresponsive while staying at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino, said the attorney, Ron Rale. She was rushed to a hospital.
"She checked in Monday at 8 p.m. as a guest. She was due to check out tomorrow," said Danielle Giordaano, a spokeswoman for the hotel.
I feel so sad for her. First her son now her? Geeish. Any thoughts? :(

i am truly shocked! there is small consolation that she may be with her son now, she mourned him so deeply. i understand society's impulse to attack, but i believe that we should forgive all misdeeds of life in death. she just has not been "herself" since daniel died. she always had a media strength and exuberance that shined through everything. it seemed that something significant within her died with him. i hope she is at peace. my deepest sympathies go out to mr. stern and danilynn. it was clear through the recent interviews that he cared deeply for her with all of his efforts (however futile) to protect her in the recent media blitz over her children and personal tragedies.

See what doing drugs does to people. I do feel sad for that poor little baby that's now left without a mother. I can't imagine why anyone, especially someone who was fortunate enough to have more than most, would throw their lives away on drugs. It is a shame. Thank you and GOD bless.

I feel for the little baby girl, they haven't even worked out who the baby's father is - now there is going to be the on-going drama of someone trying to get custody of that poor little girl.

Dude that lawyer boyfriend of hers is totally shady- they need to make him the prime suspect! Why should her son die and now she dies too?? I wouldn't be surprised if he inherts all her money and runs off to the Bahamas!!!

Sadly, the world will not miss her at all. From all accounts on CNN now, she was not a very nice person.

Yup...I have been saying all along the lawyer killed her son and now killed her (IN MY OWN OPINION OF COURSE) but no one listens..
