Both of those questions are in the hands of your listing agent. Ask them!
When I take a listing, I take all my photos as well. As soon as the listing is entered into the MLS by one of my support staff, I upload the photos immediately! Pictures are too important not to include!! And with the data exchange agreement we have amongst cooperating brokers, all the pictures and information filter their way out from there (can take several days to weeks to hit all the sites).
Good luck!

depending what your agreement is with your Realtor listing will go into the computer as soon as all paper work is signed. Once all fields in the MLS completed and submitted viola a MLS number is assigned to the listing.
the agent (depending on area has a certain number of grace days to download the pictures to the computer. Most cases it does take them a few days- the most important thing is to get into the MLS. Open houses-- that again is up to the agent- if he shows himself/has others. This will all be coordinated with you the seller and your agent.

The MLS boards usually require the home to actually get on the MLS within a couple days after signing the listing. They basically give you a day or two to see if you can sell it within your own office.
Expect to have a couple open houses the first couple weekends after it's listed, perhaps longer. Your agent might even have a special mid-week open house just for agents to come see the house too. That would usually take place pretty early after listing.

because of the fact the different respondees indicated, the itemizing settlement may be the governing element. it rather is imperitive to get a replica and consider each and all the information. call the revenues supervisor on the authentic sources business enterprise and ask for reproduction if the agent isn't drawing close. There are numerous kinds of itemizing jointly with, yet no longer limited to, unmarried social gathering itemizing, unique superb to sell itemizing, open itemizing and so on. as quickly because it rather is desperate, and the household projects defined, the direction of action could be clean. whether a house sells or no longer, a authentic sources business enterprise normally has expenditures linked with a catalogue settlement. some expenditures are area of their overhead and a few expenditures extra direct (newspaper classified ads, backyard sighs, checklist training and so on.) Negotiating the fee is often an option yet be honest.

If you have a good agent they should hit the mls that day, with all the pictures. My state has up to 24hrs to get it done. The open house is up to the agent, but if you want one the first weekend, just ask. If he has no prior obligations I am sure they will be happy to do it.
Good luck,
RE Agent,

Well, the sooner the better, unless you are a tenant. Ask how long similar listings have been on the market; that usually gives you a pretty good idea about how long you wil be also, unless your property is spectacularily underpriced.
