Im watching it on the news now..it said her lawyer confirms her dead. they said she was found "unresponsive". So apparently she died.. i think its really sad...

hardly a marvel thinking the way she lived her existence! She did what any sane man or woman ought to do, regardless of the indisputable fact that the different. She has a baby at the same time as she's an adolescent. She marries for funds. She has affairs at the same time as married. Her son "mysteriously" dies days after her daughter is born. style of like people being shocked that Steve Irwin died via an animal attack? An animal attack? Him? yet all he does is grab risky animals via the tail for a residing! Him?!

Yes, I heard about it. It is indeed shocking. I just saw her on ET and she looked terrible. She was a tortured soul all her life. It's sad. I feel terrible for her daughter. I think that she felt she had no way out. She was a laughing stock. She knew she had to give Larry Birkhead a paternity test. I cnt say I'm certain it was suicide. She most likely was doing heavy drugs however, to cope with her pain. Such a shame.

She was being sued for millions over her Trimspa add campaign. I wonder if she overdosed or ended it on purpose. It is sad but she never was the brightest bulb. She was taking her son's death awful hard and of course in another lawsuit over the custody and parental rights of her newborn. Between those things, plus the ongoing court case over her dead husband's estate, I'm sure her lawyer is the saddest of them all.

Yes, I just heard the news. It's very sad no matter what or how you feel about her. She has a new born baby who needs her mother. Hopefully they find out who the father is. It will be intersesting to find out how she died. Stress? Drugs? TrimSpa? Murder?

I know I can't believe it! I logged on to yahoo answers and saw someone posted it... I thought it was a rumor or joke, then I went to CNN.com and found it was true. How sad she has a newborn baby, her life is so strange. What a unexpected thing to happen!

i feel terrible for her baby girl. She has no brother or mother now. Thats terrible. She may have not lived the most inspirational life, but to lose a child after having a child and than losing your own life to who knows..i feel terrible for her friends and family.

What's sad is that her newborn daughter will not know her mother and will need to be raised by ??? Last I heard, paternity was still an issue.

I'm in shock.. she just wasn't meant to have an easy life.. Maybe now she will find the peace she so despartely deserved.

CNN just said she is dead. She collapsed in her hotel room. She was 39.
