WHY ARE TEACHERS SO MEAN ALL THE TIME?? I JUST DON`T GET IT. I HAVE THIS ONE TEACHER (SHALL NOT BE NAMED) AND SHE JUST IS ALWAYS ON MY BACK ABOUT STUFF. FOR INSTANCE, WE WERE DOING THIS LINOLEUM PROJECT IN CLASS (WITH A KNIFE-LIKE TOOL) AND SHE SAID " IF I HAVE TO WRITE UP ONE MORE ACCIDENT REPORT DURING THIS PROJECT, I WILL BLAH BLAH BLAH." I FORGOT WHAT ELSE SHE SAID. SO, I HAD TO SIT THERE IN CLASS WITH A BIG CUT ON MY INDEX FINGER. YOU ARE PROBABLY THINKING " WELL YOU NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL ". BUT I`M TELLING YOU THE TRUTH. I REALLY AM!! I HAVE THREE CUTS ON MY INDEX FINGER RIGHT NOW AS I`M TYPING. YOU HAVE TO BELIVE ME!!! SHE IS SO MEAN. EVERY TIME I GO IN HER CLASS, I SHAKE WITH FEAR!!!! WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK I SHOULD DO ABOUT HER? SHE SCARES ME. AND ALSO, SHE GOT ALL MAD AT MY CLASS JUST BECAUSE "SOMEONE" QUOTE "SOMEONE" DID`NT CLOSE HER SHARPIE UP ALL THE WAY AND NOW IT`S USELESS. IT WAS`NT EVEN SOMEONE FROM MY CLASS!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP.

I have to say that I disagree with the above post. Do NOT record the teacher. You will possibly get into trouble for using your cell phone in class. And if SHE catches you... I don't even want to think about it, but I am certain that she will just be worse to you.
I understand your pain, I really do, and I feel for you. I work with some teachers that are mean and I do not understand WHY they have to be like that. It does not do anyone any good, not even her.
I am sorry about her Sharpie, but honestly, in one week will it matter that her Sharpie is dried out? The world will not end. The school will end. It will all be ok.
I had a teacher like this once. SHe was horrid. AND... it was recent; in COLLEGE! They are everywhere. I was an adult and already teaching; I went back for a Master's degree. I was really afraid of her. She would just start to yell for no reason! It is crazy!
This is what I did: I did my homework, I answered questions when I was certain of the answer, and if I had a question for her I got someone else to ask it for me. If she thought that it was not a good question that she would yell. She was like 80 years old and I think just tired of teaching... yet she was teaching us how to BE teachers!
The year is half over. You can make it. Don't threaten to sue her. You will only make it worse for yourself. Just plug away and get through it... and be sure to sign up for classes that she does NOT teach in the future.

There are two ways for you:
first - to go on complaining to people who don't know you
second - do something! Go to the headmaster, tell your parents. If none of them reacts record what your teacher says during the class (use the microphone in your mobile or a player, you can even make a video)
Tell her you'll sue her.
Tell her that she's responsible for your education and for your health and life while you're in class.
Tell her that she's paid for teaching you (and it's you who pays for that - if your parents pay the taxes) - but not for making you listen to her threats.
You can really sue her - if you live in a civilized country
