I found the answer to this question at the beginning of the week. I was in a job, didn't like it, crap money, lots of hard work and I though there was better things out there. Started a new job on monday, great pay, great job title but boring as hell. I will not be challenged in any way. My 2 yr old son could do it! They computer system is in charge of you and the office ragime and h and s rules are out of this world. Big brother is watching me!! I have realised that the enjoyable, fullfiling job was the one I had all along and left in persute of more money to provide a better life for my family. my family will not benefit if I hate my job and am constantly stressed out and never at home coz of long hours. Sometime though, you have to make mistakes to learn from them. Please try looking closer to home before you do anything silly. This has been the worst week of my life!! xx

Maybe something to do with a hobbie? Or, the suggestion of doing some courses is a good idea. Maybe do some research over the net. You could try to find one of those career questionnaires that suggest landscape gardening when you hate gardening?

Avoid anything to do with education in any shape or form - whatever else follows will be enjoyable and fulfilling.

do a lot of reading.
when you see something that sparks your interest, investigate it further.
In my case, I was reading an article about an athlete... one that I admired very much. I read in the article that he graduated from law school. It was then the seed was planted in my head to go to law school, which I finally did.
