You can do as much as he's willing to let you do.

In general, you need to be 18 to be able to sign a legally binding contract, so don't expect to be able to do anything completely on your own, but it's never too soon to start learning how to make and manage money.

You can start working under him at any time he lets you, but to legally have a license to sell real estate, or sigh a binding contract you have to be 18
