... If your going to share your computer, by allowing another 2 user's access with their own account's,.. who or what is the " Computer Administrator Account.".... Also what or who is the Domain Computer.... Thank's.....

the main owner of the computer is the admin. the domain computer is the one you use to connect to the internet or network.

if you own the computer then make yourself the administrater so you have access to all the programs , and the other two you can give limited accounts so only you can change settings etc
