If I was to place an ad in a newspaper for a high school librarian, What would I say?

my ad has to be 350 words
I need to find an add in a news paper or something to look at an article. Can any one help?

you would need references. stipulate they have to have an MLS (Masters of Library Science). do you want them to be bilingual? how much do they need to know about computers? ask for a transcript if they just graduated. will they work with children or just adults or both? will they reshelve items that have been returned? here are a couple of links for ads already placed.
