Your anger will fade once you either meet someone new or you get over the pain of the breakup.
You know they say "Time Heals Everything, but I guess for some people they're still waiting"

Its really all up to you, and how long you LET it bother you.
I know it hurts, and its heartbreaking...people go through this everyday, and its hard.
As soon, as you can let that anger go, you will feel 100% better. You have to let it go, or it will Control you...Does this make sense?
If we let anger, or jealousy, or anything such as that, get so deep and hard to manage, it is letting it control us..Dont let it. You have to learn ways to let this go....get out of the house, hang out with friends, find a new hobby, date around, anything to get this out of your mind. Tell yourself everyday, how good of a person you are, and how you are going to move on, and make a life for yourself.
Once you can let go some..it will get easier everyday....
But for people that cant let go of such things, it really does, become them and who they are, and you dont want that..that would be a bad life.....
You Control your destiny, and by doing that, you have to learn to control your emotions...
Sure its normal to feel hurt and anger, and heartbreak..but dont let it conquer you, You conquer it...
Take you life back....

on the bright side - Not forever :) You will always have bad feelings about it of one sort or another but as you really move on and onto someone else you will think about it less and less. The one thing for you to really remember is not to let it pepper your future relationships. Don't be comparing everything that the next person does to the one that hurt you looking for similarities - you will just drive yourself nuts.

You may never get over it but you should because if he broke up with you that means that he never really care about you if he didnt tell you a reason to break up with you ask and try to be friends with. The sad part is you may never get over it.

You are the only person that can control how long it will take you.The sooner you put her in your past the better off you will be.She has obviously moved on now it is your turn..

you will have that anger until you let go of her. yes it hurts like hell to be dumped but there is someone else out there for you. dont settle for anything to fill the gap-set your standards and find someone to fill that empty spot in your life.my son 16yrs fell in love and she dumped him-it killed him-he had broke both of his wrists and he wanted to beat the guy up- i told him to let her go- he didnt date right away now he has like 8 girls falling all over him. when you find that special person your heart will let you know-good luck.
