I want to move my program to another user on my computer?

I have limewire on my administator user on my computer and I want to move that same program, same music to another user on my program? Can someone tell me how to do this?

It might be easiest to just create a new shortcut on the other user's account to either limewire's .exe file or to the shortcut on the admin's desktop.
