Anyone else think Howard Stern killed Anna Nicole Smith?

Seems a little fishy to me. Especially since the paternity results were due in the next few days.

That, and her died from drug and heart related causes as well.

Yup...I have been saying all along the lawyer killed her son and now killed her (IN MY OWN OPINION OF COURSE) but no one listens..

I think there is something fishy about Howard Stern. First, Daniel Smith dies under strange circumstances. Next, Anna dies too. I have a hard time believing that people can just drop dead like this. Here is what could have happened: Howard Stern was Anna's lawyer during her legal battles. He saw the enormous wealth Anna might win in court, plus he knows the legal details, how much money, under what circumstances, etc., so he certainly has the information to play the cards right. If Anna won the money, who does the money go to? Well, to her. If she is dead, then Daniel and the baby. If Daniel is also dead, then to the baby. And since the baby is too young, then the baby's father takes custody of the money. Yes, it's not the same as actually getting the money, but close. Certainly, he would be able to live a very lavish lifestlye long into the future. The father is currently Howard Stern, at least officially, according to the Bahama's birth certificate. So, Howard Stern has a lot of money to gain if he remains the father of the baby. A paternity test might rule him out. So, it is in his best interest that this test never happens. The test was about to happen, and Anna suddenly dies. Isn't it possible that Anna decided to go ahead with the test, and she was then poisoned before she could do it? Isn't it a bit strange that she even entered the U.S., after months of staying in the Bahamas? It is very much possible that Howard Stern will never submit this baby to a DNA test, or he will submit another baby and results will come back inconclusive. This will maintain the status quo, keeping him the father. Remember, the paternity test was never ordered for Howard. He doesn't have to prove that he is the father, he only has to prove that other people are not the father. We might also find out at some point that Anna and Howard married just before her death. I wouldn't be surprised. And to those that don't belive into this kind of scenarios: Yes, they are unusual, but we are talking tens of millions of dollars (if not hundreds!) here... this is a lot of money... people do commit murder when sums this large are at stake. At best, Howard Stern has a lot of explaining to do here. Also, if he really is so sure he is the father, why was he so much against the test?

I am starting to think it odd that the son of the billionaire died also. I believe he medicated Daniel knowing that he would die. Didn't he pick him up at an airport and was with him prior to the incident? I believe that his claim about Anna Nicole's attempted suicide in the pool was a "set up" for the final scenario where he would make it appear that she OD'd on drugs. Why is Howard hiding? Guilty? Guilty for enabling her to keep doped up so that she was unable to fight him or leave him? Why didn't he answer his cell phone when Anna was found unconscious? Practicing his composure and act? I believe that this guy is bad news and the baby will either be exploited and the money will be squandered. Or the baby will die also. No one could have made this story up. It is way too bizarre and way too obvious what happened. I usually do not judge people but the facts are screaming in our faces. The authorities just need to piece it all together. Ugly! And sad.

I totally agree that Stern killed her for the money. One-the motive is the money -so he supplied both Smith and her son with drugs that could be embellished without suspicion. Two-her death is similar to her son's-drug related-appears as if he was bumping everyone off so he would get the money.Three-paternity test was just being forced the day before Anna died. Four-Anna's mother went on TV today and implied that Stern is guilty--She said that she asked Anna Nicole to stop hanging around people that were bringing her drugs and her down--and that she would be next to die like her son if she did not stay away from Stern. Five- Stern did not go with Anna in the ambulance after she died--sounds heartless and like he wanted to be free of anyone making judgements about his demeanour. Six- flu-like symptoms no one else observed? Seven-in his statement a few days ago about the death of Daniel -he is evasive and asks -would it make sense for me to kill him in a hospital? Stern appears slimy, dishonest, and above all greedy.

Everything is WAY to preliminary right now...I am neither for nor against Howard Sterns possible guilt in the matter. I think we need to wait until ALL of the facts are out till we make a decision. Gossip and uneducated guesses can ruin a person life and reputation. After all right now the focus should really be on her baby daughter who is...at the time ...an orphan. May god be with her!

Stern killed Anna Nicole, no doubt. He masterminded the death of her son too. He has now full custody of the child. So, he can continue the battle for her claim fom Marshall, on behalf of the child. The case was re-opened in the Supreme Court so he knows he will likely succeed. He's the legal father and will find a way to put his hands on the money,

Totally. He planned this for a long time. He first murdered Daniel, then used the time of grief to console Anna and get under her skin. He then married her, talked her into adopting the baby as his own and now he killed her. All the money (billions of $$$) that she is supposed to inherit from her late husband is now going to Danielynn and her caregiver...which would be her father. Howard K. Stern is stated as her father on her birthcertificate. I do feel bad for Anna but she was definitely not the sharpest knife in the drawar and so it was easy to take advantage of her. He is a lawyer and a good sweet talker. You do the math. Sneaky bastard. I hope the son of a ***** ends up in jail.

Howard Killed Anna and Daniel! How can anyone think otherwise? Howard is always strait .. no problems and Anna is always so out of it she can't even talk. Does that seem normal? If I was a drug adict and couldn't speak because I was so drugged up my husband would be like "straighten up .. go to rehab .. get control" because he loves me and our kids and would not want me acting like that.

Watch Howard .. it's like he loves the way Anna acts .. not because he thinks it's cute .. he loves it because it was part of his plan. No one is around a drug adict like that and acts like it's no big deal.
Howard is a murder and I would not be suprised if the baby is dead soon .. I hope they stop him. I know they won't because they will give him "a professional curtosy" because he is a lawyer" .. if he was working at wawa he would be in jail by now.

Howard just found out that the supreme court was to announce a 9-0 victory for Anna to receive millions. If she is dead, there will be no paternity test, and he will stay the father, and be in charge of her estate. He had to do it quick - before the supreme court decision was announced so it wouldn't look suspicious. It's too coincendental - her and Daniels death.

I was thinking the same thing and the ironic part about it is that They are going to do an expose on (I believe it is Extra) tonight about how Howard Stern flushed drugs down the toilet right after they discovered her son died and I was just telling my girlfriend that she didn't look like herself in an interview that they did on television last night.

without question...the greedy sheister and media slut, in my opninion based only on intuition, murdered her son because the son was trying to separate Ana Nicole from Howard Stern and put a wedge between Howard and all that money...and then the paternity suit and possible criminal prosecution in the Bahamas of Howard and Ana agreeing to testify against him required Ana Nicole to be erased...I also suspect the child is next on the list and would soon mysteriously die or dissapear, and finally, I believe Howard was responsible for the murder of Mr. Marshall's son who also died suddenly and unexpectedly...boy would I hate to live Howard's life...money and fame will not help him find peace...but it has and will continue to result in great suffering all around that greedy bastard....
