1st, How do you know the switch is working(light doesn't burn)? 2nd, Start at your electrical panel or outside service, where ever the breakers are that control your pool equipment and make sure the breakers are in the ON position, then make sure all of you GFCI Outlets near or around the pool to see that they are not tripped, if they are reset them...Hope this helps

Make sure the power is off first. Shut the timer off and pull the clip so it won't come back on until you say so. Well the mounting screws came loose or rotted off but usu. there is a turn clip were it slides in and you turn it, locking it into the bracket. There should be enough wire to put it up on the deck to take a look. Then once you know, you should be able to reach it from the deck. We hardly ever had to get into the pool to re-mount them. Also before you do all this make sure the light works 1st. Hope this helps Happy Halloween

unscrew the bulb and with a electrical tester put one lead on the center and the other on the side you should get voltage if not yu have a roken or loose wire between the switch and the fixture

You need to have an electrician check to make sure the transformer didn't blow. Same thing happened to me and it was the transformer.

you also have to make sure the transformer is working properly if you have a 12v elect system
