1. The "perfect" housewife type -- after June Cleaver, from the "Leave it to Beaver" hit sitcom of the 50's.

2. Glass ceiling is the "unspoken" rule that keeps women in business from rising above certain levels of management (due to the "old boys" network. Someone destined to blast through it is someone who is SO good and smart, they will succeed to high levels in spite of that handicap.

3. Brain drain is when one country (like the US) hires or gets through immigration all the very intelligent people from another country because of more freedom, more opportunity, more money -- like all the rocket scientists leaving Germany before, during and after WWII to come to the US

"Brain drain" means the migration of highly educated, intelligent people out of an area-- presumably in search of jobs.
