Washington times reported that in 1983, Ted Kennedy conspired with the KGB and the Soviet Union to bring down the President of the United States. A former KGB agent releasing documents.

Should the Senate investigate this matter?

If true, and proven, should Ted Kennedy be impeached?

If it's true, Ted Kennedy should be impeached, yes. An investigation is certainly called for.

1st off Senators can't be impeached. Only officials in the executive & judiciary can. The Senat can expel a member, I'm not sure what type of vote is necessary (simple majority, 2/3, etc). If Ted Kennedy is guilty of the charges you list, he should be removed, however I doubt if either the Democratic majority in the Senate or the voters of MA would ever do that.

Um, here's the thing: that's an editorial. Editorials have a tendency to be biased and downright unreliable. I'm not inclined to base anything off an editorial.

That being said, you don't impeach senators. You can't impeach senators. Impeachment works only for the executive and judiciary branches. So, if the people of Massachusetts want to be quit of him then I trust he won't be reelected.

Though, he must be a fairly decent senator if his term has lasted since the early '60s.

Conclusion: more facts before judgment is passed, please.

He should be in jail for the drunk driving murder of Mary Jo Kapuchne in the 60's. If he was, there would be no KGB story!

He should have been hung a long time ago.
