I have searched online for resources that provide information for new businesses such as business name, contact name/owner, and telephone number, however most of them require a subscription to gain access to this information. Just wondering if anyone knows of a website or other resources that can help me gain access to this type of information free of cost.

Ours are published in the local paper. These are pretty useful bits of information- that is why they are usually sold. Why not spend a little before you junk mail them? Its a marketing cost.

town hall, either free or minimal charge per page of info (like 5 cents to a dollar a page or something to cover material costs). oh, some town halls have it online, but very few are that sophisticated to date, some even only have paper records that you have to manually copy.
