Gemini and Leo are compatible. And, if born in North America, it looks as if her moon is Sag and that is also compatible with the leo sun and her gemini sun. But the man has a capricorn moon, so emotionally he won't feel as much a part of "the air and fire sign family" as the other 3 will, but the cap moon is not conflictingly alienated, so it looks like a good match to me. She should just remember to be considerate of the cap moon.

I am a Gemini and worse born on the cusp. You will never be bored thats for sure. Leos get on well with Geminis - both like their comforts and expensive things, but have a shared zany sense of humour. I just think maybe a Leo is too nice for a Gemini who need a firm hand like me.
