go to the county courthouse and tell them you would like to file for divorce, they will tell you what to fill out and will help you with everything you need to know.

Texas is a community property state you should go see a lawyer what personal property you have you will be able to keep any real property will have to be divided..

OS - Do yourself a favor and get a lawyer, rather than trying to do it on your own. I cannot tell you how many peoople have come to me after the fact, not happy with their divorce, when they did not hire a lawyer to represent them.

you need a uncontested divorce they are normally very cheap
