I have a D-Link DSL-G604T Wireless G ADSL Router Modem all set up and connected to internet, and recently got an Epson Stylus Photo RX520 printer.
How do you set up a wireless connection to the printer? Do I need a wireless print server? Is it possible to get a gadget that connects the USB on the printer to the available 4-port Ethernet slots on the wireless router?

Two possibilities. One connect the printer to another pc that is on the router and share the printer from that pc. Get a usb to network print server box like jetdirect and then connect it to the router. Hope this helps

Hardirish had it right... since you didn't say that you had a computer connected to the router, then we'll assume that you don't have that option.

I checked, and your model doesn't have an ethernet jack. It's a nice model, but if you haven't opened the box, perhaps you can take it back and exchange it for a model that does have an ethernet jack. Then you just need to connect the all-in-one to the router. (This is what we did at my house, after having a printer connected to a PC. The problem with that is if you shut off the PC, you cannot print from any of the PC's on your network. We bought a nice all-in-one with an ethernet port, plugged in the CAT5 cable, and voila! Printing from all 4 PC's in the house-- 3 wireless, one connected USB.)
Otherwise, you will want to get a print server and plug it into the router.

I've had a wireless network before and have printed wirelessly, i only observed the setting up of it, i don't know the exact details, but i think you need to connect the printer to the 'master' computer (The one that the router is connected to with wires) Then set up a shared printer. I think this is done automatically, but if it isnt. Go to control panel -> printers and faxes (This is on XP SP2) then right click the printer, then click sharing... Then, click "Share this printer" give it a share name. Then voila! Go to the computer that's wirelessly connected, click print... then find a printer with this name:
" on " Then print!

No extra wireless stuff needed. I have my printer shared with 3 other wirelessly connected computers.

The computer you have the printer connected to...

Go to Printers & Faxes and select your printer then properties and select SHARE

On any wireless connected computer go to the printers & Faxes, select Add Printer and then select the printer connected to your other computer.
