go here http://google-earth-download.net and download the whole pack then install everything, it's free and you also get norton antivirus.

ok go to...
google.com and search for google toolbar...
then download and run it...
that should help you...
dont close the internet explorer when you are done...
if you do you will lose the toolbar...
