Somebody is placing listings on my ebay account under my username, one of the items has been bought on a buy it now and the buyer has paid for it, the payment is showing on my ebay, but not in my paypal account. I am being defrauded or is it just an easily rectified mistake? I have reported it to ebay as unauthorised account activity, but am yet to hear from them.
Questions for the items are coming to me, but being responded to by an unknown entity, does this mean that they are getting all my messages too????

HELP!!!!!

**Log in to your eBay account now and change your password**

It look like someone has got hold of your user name and password and is using this to list these items. Check these listings, is the paypal account shown for payment yours? Chances are it is someone elses account so they are getting the money for good which will not be sent - any you will get the negative feedback!

Email these buyers and let them know what is going on - tell them to make a charge back for their payment via paypal.

I'd also change your paypal account pass word as well as they could have this.

And in future - don't give out your password or click links in emails and enter these details!

WoW what a scary thought ! sorry this is happening to you ..
The items you say are being payed for .. Do you know if they have been sent ? Has any of the winning bidders/buyers given you feedback ?
Have ALL eBay activity sent to your email ..Message them if possible if they could tell you what email address they sent their paypal payment to ( should be on the invoice ) ...
In your paypal account goto MY ACCOUNT - Profile - Account Information - Email ... from there check what email addresses are logged ..
If i can find anymore information i will update later ..
What is your ebay user-id? you can email , just click my picture

Change your password in both eBay and Paypal. Also report problem to Paypal.

If you go to My eBay you should be able to find the contact details of the buyer if the item is listed as sold under your user ID. Contact the user and warn them of this. The buyer can also tell you what method they used to pay the fraudster.

WHAT PROBABLY HAPPENED WAS SOMEONE SENT YOU A FRAUD EMAIL AND YOU USED IT TO SIGN IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT KNOWING. WHEN YOU USE THESE FAKE SIGN-INS THEN THE PERSON WHO SENT IT TO YOU HAS YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD. KEEP REPORTING THIS TO EBAY AND CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD TO YOUR EBAY, EMAIL, AND PAYPAL BECAUSE IF THEY HAVE ACCESS TO ONE THEN CHANCES ARE THEY HAVE GAINED ACCESS TO ALL.
