One of your bosses thinks you did a great job. The other boss is extremely disappointed.

Its nice to be appreciated...i know, but ive learned that in life...the only person who really needs to know that you did a good job is you, cuz you´re really the only one that knows how much hard work and effort into the project, your bosses just see the results, and bcuz everyone is different, they´re likely to have different opinions about your work, but dont let it get you down, im sure you did just great, and im sorry that your 2nd boss doesnt appreciate that. But its his loss for not seeing it, so dont let it get you down, ok?

Believe with in your self what you think about your project don't go by what both of those clowns say how else will you ever come out on top if you have to idiots telling you right from wrong ????
