When the employer asks you what are your weaknesses then say you are a proactive kind of person and it is hard for you to have any weakness. However, when there are tight situations and tight deadlines, you manage to keep your projects organized and synchronized with your day to day activities and can process without letting any weakness come across.

Good luck

All lot of interviewers will ask you what some of your weaknesses are, so its good to make a list of them before you go. It's best to tell them weaknesses you have but describe it in a way that will make it a strength for the job. Like if you have a weakness where you always put too much work and priorities on yourself, you can use that as a strength and tell them that when under a lot of stress you perform better and have learned to manage your time very well.

There is something I use. But first I want to caution you, do not go with "I just work too hard," it was good at one time but it has become seriously overused. Using it would make you look like you have no creativity and that you don't take this question seriously.

It would probably help if you went with an actual weakness, but say what you are doing to fix it.

But I go often with that when trying to come up with solutions for a problem, I sometimes take a while. Its not that I can't come up with anything, but often I try to find all the problems with it while I am coming up with a solution. Sometimes this looks more like I can't come up with anything (since I sometimes remain silent or go with an inconvenient "um" while I'm thinking), but in reality its just that I'm running over the pros and cons of the plans/solutions I am coming up with.

It sounds like a real problem (because it is a real problem that I have). I point out that I am working on ways to speed up my thinking process while still holding onto the good points of the process (that I am not simply throwing up any solution that comes to mind, which can backfire if your immediate first idea is very wrong--but that I am still looking for every solution I can come up with).

You begin the answer with a line something like this: "Well, right now I really can't think of any weaknesses that would disqualify me for this position although I am certain there will be challenges which I have no doubt I will be able to overcome".

the best answer someone ever told me was to say that if anything your weakness would be that you become very involved with your work. that you tend to stay later than most people and you've been called a work a holic by your friends! that was its actually a positive! people want to hire those who will really work and put in effort.

Another common question is about your strength and weaknesses. You should try to be honest without creating a negative impression. More details and information at http://www.precv.com/

Well one of your weaknesses is spelling and grammar for a start.

Choose a weakness, tell it and then say how you overcome it.

Weakness? Don't tell them about any weakness! In fact hide it if you can! If it's something that will hinder your job performance, tell them after they hire you.
