I know Plecos don't like the light, Otocincluses aswell?

Nah, oto cats don't mind the light as long as they have some plant / cave cover. However, a loner oto will be scared of everything, so get more than one. Get at least 4 and they'll be much more active, even with a fairly strong light.

Plecos are much more sensitive to the light than oto's
