I believe you talking about "The Ragged Trouserered Philanthropist" by Robert Tressell(i Think),great book,especially the chapter called "The Great Money Trick",read it,you wont to be disappointed

The Ragged Trousered Philanthropists by Robert Tressell is an absolute masterpiece. If you aren't a socialist when you start to read it, you certainly will be when you have finished it. It should be required reading for all school leavers, to help them understand the principles of fairness in the workplace.

Nope, I checked on Amazon and Bookcrossing.com, and its not on either of them, and I haven't heard of it, and I do read a lot of books!
