you bundle up with layers of warm clothing....are you serious?

Layers and proper clothing for the weather.
Here its -30 C, make sure you have a t shirt, a sweat shirt, thermal underwear, pants, warm socks (or two), winter coat, ski pants, winter boots, toque, warm mitts and a scarf or neck warmer, a hood over the toque is even better. But that's here, it depends on what you consider cold.

Men or women...Panty Hose
Warm Gloves and a neck scarf.
Any kind of shoes that keep
your feet dry and warm........
After that it doesn't matter much.
If you're in the snowy areas, try
wearing a hat....you will stay warm.
