Firefox needs a lot of add-ons to accept special things such as videos or other language fonts. it usually gives you the option of downloading certain add-ons as you come across them. otherwise, i would advise you to use internet explorer for such things. Firefox can be used for basic fast surfing, that's it, to be honest. don't expect too much from it. trust me, IE is sometimes better off than firefox.

You must install plug-ins for every browser you use. If you visit the site on which you are attempting to view the videos, you should normally see a yellow bar come down near the address bar. If you click this bar, this shall permit the downloading of a plug-in.
