READ BEFORE ANSWERING: I DO NOT HAVE THE DISC THAT COMES WITH THE PRODUCT!!! I CANNOT DOWNLOAD ANY .EXE FILES (MY MAC OS WONT RUN THEM) I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME TO GET MY VIDEO ONTO MY MP4 PLAYER!

If you put a video in it and it was recorded in a different format might be the problem. Normally, files between mac and pc are not compatible. So many people ask questions on this. I gather they are trying to figure out how to run their hot item. Anyway, go the MP4 players brand name site and they will have the instruction manual there.
Without a brand name and model. All I can say is to get on computer and see if there is an update available. Or maybe an update is need to run on mac, who knows.

you need a file format converter just look on google for 1. the problem is that the MP4 player has to have a certain file format proberly an MP4 format but you must be putting the wrong format on there.
You can still download or use the same file you used before the converter just changes the format for you.
SOMETIMES YOU CAN EVEN INSTALL MORE ! ! !

the files your putting on are possibly MPEGs or other types of other files. try downloading a media converter
