greyhound canada has direct service with one bus change to vancouver bc it take 20 hours around
it cost 160.85 one way you can get cheaper price by buying your ticket ahead of travel or a bunch of pass for 10 trips

you can get service also via calgary but it take around 25 hours to do so

It's a 14 hour drive across the Rockies and other mountain ranges.

if you take the number 3 highway west from lethbridge it should take you about 11to 13 hours to get to vancouver
