I've completely given up on Lindsay Lohan because she's a bullemic anorexic just for attention, but Hilary is alarmingly thin. Would it be wrong for me to offer her a sandwich?

Hilary Duff just copies Lindsay Lohan's career in a less interesting and more conceited way. Talk about attention seeking!
I think Hilary knows she'll never be half as good an actress as Lindsay is so she's willing to do anything to get noticed.

No. That is a nice thing to do. Now you mentioned it, we should look out for Hilary Duff too, she is my favorite. Out of Lindsay Lohan, she grew up the most and is the most mature.

I think Hollywood has a different agenda...........How to make celebrities uglier with little demand.
1) They develop eating disorders
2) Enter at least 2 different rehabs
3) Using too much orange coloring in their fake tans
4) Lots of plastic surgery and botox to increase the 'freak of nature look'
5) These people will be history within 5 years so the evolution can continue with more ego-attention seeker actor/actresses.

Don't be too worried about it. Everybody has their own problems, celebrity or not. Unless you know her personally, I would'nt loose my sleep over it or anything.
