I'm planning to ask this guy that works in a shop i visit very often to go out for a coffee this weekend, however, last sunday when i was in the shop looking at some cd's...i casually looked up and saw him talking to his colleague, but while talking to his colleague about some paperwork he was looking over at me...and it was a look that lasted longer than just a glance passing in my direction...then, when he looked back down to write something, he smiled to himself.... Does this mean anything or am i reading to far into it? I'd appreciate any advice! Thanks :-)

I think he really likes you and you should ask him out. It is worth a try.

He looked at you? Could this "Mean" something?? Um, well I guess it means he has sight in one or both eyes... so that's always good.

I mean really!?! Are you serious? Come on now!!! Oh...My...God. Unless you are 16 and completely insecure, you do not need to worry about what this guy thinks or what he meant by the smile or what it means that he looked at you. For god's sake, just ask the guy out and have coffee!!! IT'S A DATE NOT A MARRIAGE!!!!

Unfortunately, it seems to me that if you face all decisions in your life with this level of nail biting indecision then the date will be a complete disaster and he'll think that you are a total nut.

Sack up and ask him out - TODAY!

(By the way, if you are some shy 16 year old then I apologize. Hopefully he's young and unsure too and you'll hit it off right away)

Cheers.

By looking for a meaning outside of yourself you let that outsiders to judge you....good, bad, smart , stupid...You should be the one whom placing meaning on everything, your own...and if you don't it will remain meaningless to you, which is safe as minimum. Being judged is least things we want to experience , in truth.Later on you'll see it clear, of course, if you'll have a courage to open your eyes...for now you desired to be judged only in a "good "way, being better, being #1, being smarter. Usual beginning...Unfortunately in a World of duality there is no such a thing as only good way, it has its opposite. Both will be equally experienced. That is a price of a particular choice made...Sometimes we confuse it with Free Will...which has nothing to do with this.

He is doing the exact same thing I did with a girl at work. I have a crush on her; and this is what I did purely subconsciously. It would make sense that is flirting he is doing, most guys flirt just like that. I'd go for it if I were you.

It sounds like some casual flirting, ask him out as planned and then you will know for sure. The signals sure sound like they are there! Good luck!!

If the population of the world was evenly split between male and female that means you would have around 3,000,000,000 males to choose from. The point is. If he says no, which he probably will not, it is not the end of the world.

I dont think it means a thing.Maybe he found you to be funny looking or your hair was out of place. If he is bold enough to stare at you and then smile to his self he would be bold enough to verbaly let you know he is interested in you.The stares could of been a negative stare and smiling to his self could of been him trying not to laugh out loud.............well,well,well,Hey look,Roberta gave me a thumbs down because I did not say he wants her in a bad way.Call it as I see it.Cant remember the last time I was wrong.

It could mean something, but maybe not, who knows? I would say go for it! He's not gonna laugh at you for asking him to coffee, and he may say yes! So take the risk, it's scary but also exciting, and you won't have to sit there wondering "what if?" good luck :)
