Your audio out speaker output plug is the key. You might need an adapter to change the 1/8" plug into a rca audio input plug that you would simply input into your stereo systems amplifier on the back of your stereo system.
Make sure that the plug out of your computer is a "stereo" plug,not a mono to get the desired effect of stereo. You can also amplify any other sound from your computer also including your audio from your microphone.
