Applebees has a whole WW menu, so it makes it very easy to order and count your points. Good luck with your weight loss journey!

You can eat out anywhere on Weight Watchers, they give you a Eating Out guide - a small booklet you can take everywhere with you and calculate the amount of points in each thing - it tells you many points so you can work it out. Best thing to do is to always eat normally according to the Weight Watchers plan during the day but save as many points as you reasonably can so that when you dine out you can enjoy just that little bit more without going over - We have Hogs Breath Cafes in Australia and one portion of their Apple Crumble is 40 points! The average person on WeightWatchers is on 20 points a day and you can eat well by planning properly, 40 points would be 2 days worth!!! Good Luck. A MacDonalds Healthy Choice Caeser roll is 9 points and a Turkey Cranberry one is about 5 and half so you get the idea. A small serve of fries is 3 and half but you can eat at loads of places, nice cafes and restaurants.

As part of Weight Watchers you can get two books - one is a dining guide for every national chain restaurant you could imagine. It's worth buying. I found it EXTREMELY helpful when I did WW. Since you are in Arkansas, I think probably Chilis and Outback Steakhouse (they steam their vegetables for you) would be there. The biggest tip - just say NO to cheese at these places. Saves tons of points.

Do you do sushi? I just went out the other day with a friend of mine who's also doing Weight Watchers. She said a sushi roll, with a couple of pieces of sashimi was very filling, and easy to accommodate. She said it was a 5 point lunch.
Be careful with the Applebee's menu. I have heard that the serving sizes they provide are bigger than what's recommended, and that the point values don't apply because of the serving size.

Aside from Applebee's, any place that has a great salad bar would be a good place. We have a local casino with a fantastic buffet. If you know which foods are healthy and which are a big no no, you can help yourself for the amounts that are healthy.
