Big kudos on the truly broad question.

Answer: There is no issue in the world that is beyond legal scrutiny. the problem is that as soon as you can think of one it is already in the news. For example, the bit with the people evacuated from New Orleans. They complained about all the violence in the super dome never telling people that it was related to the large number probationaries in the populus in the super bowl. Then, they bussed them other cities not figuring out that they were bussing out sex offenders and gang members. Next thing, you hear on telivision is "Oops". I am sure this will make it sooner or later on a legal show. What is wrong with this scenario is "Boston Legal" wants its cases to be humorous. That pretty much rules out murder, rape, and incest. It does not rule out infidelity, theft, arson, invasion of privacy and property disputes.

If you want to have some specific fun consider what would happen if sombody stole Alan's identity, as if that is an identity you would want. I could see some fun there.

It is also time to do something about Pool. His name should no longer be on the partnership as he has been insane for most of the series. The IRS should audit the firm.

And just because I like the magic series, charmed et all, they should have the group have to defend a fan.

Its a fun show but every show does seem the same. They always make the other lawyers look dumb for thinking the way they think.
